Researcher’s developed many techniques that measures both qualitative and quantitative which includes IR, mass spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Among these techniques ultra-violet spectroscopy is simple, rapid and low cost technique. It is readily available in both academic and pharmaceutical industry. It substantially streamlines the procedure and, in addition to requiring only a few minutes for analysis, does not necessitate the use of a skilled individual.
