    Introduction: Suryanamaskar is a collection of twelve asanas that can be done systematically. Every cell in the body is revitalized and regenerated when Suryanamaskar is practiced. Yoga, in particular, is a better way to modify lifestyle where it can heal our microbiome through stress reduction, gentle exercise and in aiding digestion. As a gentle exercise practice, Suryanamaskar has the potential to support a flourishing and diverse microbiome. Aim: To assess the role of Suryanamaskar practice in human skin microbiome.
