Introduction: The cardinal objective of the services rendered by the pharmaceutical services department is to improve patient compliance to medication, as it is an important factor in the prognosis of numerous diseases. Much attention within the healthcare industry is focused on patients’ satisfaction with the quality of healthcare services.
