Sports activities play an important role in immune system function. Multiple short- longterms, intense, endurance and regular exercise have different effects on immune system. In this study the effect of eight weeks aerobic training on serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-17) and immunoglobulins (IgAÃ?Â? IgMÃ?Â? IgG and IgE) in patients with type 2 diabetes were examined. Methods of study: 60 male type II diabetic patients age ranges from 30 to 50 years old with fasting blood glucose between 150-250 mg/dl were selected by cross-sectional clinical trial study.
