Laryngotracheal separation and hanging are both rare. The incidence of laryngotracheal
separation is only 0.03% of patients coming to accident and emergency. Similarly, even
less literature is available on management of such cases. They are also found to have
multiple associated ailments like acute respiratory distress syndrome and vocal cord
