Background: Combination of nano crystalline hydroxyapatite with Advanced Platelet Rich Fibrin (A-PRF) and Hydroxyapatite reinforced Beta Tri-Calcium Phosphate (HA+β-TCP) with A-PRF for the treatment of infrabony defect will be effective in reduction of probing pocket depth, gain in clinical attachment level and defect fill.
