  Study of the Effect of the Photosensitizer Psoralen on the Exudative and Proliferative Stages of Inflammation

  The aim of this study is to study the effect of various schemes (with and without ultraviolet irradiation) of the use of the photosensitizer-psoralen in exudative and proliferative stages of inflammation, as well as the effect on the cellular composition of peripheral blood and on biochemical parameters. Male rats were used in the experiment. It was shown that, under these conditions, the use of psoralen + UFO was superior to the use of psoralen itself. This combination significantly inhibited the proliferation and exudation phase in aseptic inflammation model.
