  Background: Cardio Vascular Diseases (CVD) are the leading causes of illness and death globally. The rapid changes in lifestyle have led to an increase in the magnitude of CVD, which are emerging as a predominant health problem especially in developing countries; where non-communicable diseases are replacing the traditional enemies of infectious diseases and malnutrition. Objective: This study is done to assess the community knowledge and risk factors of Cardio Vascular Diseases (CVD) in Ifelodun local government area, Osun state.
