Context: Hemophilia children must be considered as special category of patients. The bleeding tendency and fear of bleed may have a negative effect on preventive dental care of patients with hemophilia both at home and at dental office. A review of literature regarding the care of hemophilic patients showed the paucity of material on this important subject, and the lack of information on the dental health of this group of patients.
